The Independent Living Resource Centre of Calgary provides referrals, training and programs to persons with disabilities in Alberta to assist them in achieving their own level of independence.

The Independent Living Resource Centre of Calgary is one of the few agencies in the city serving all people with a disabilty  - and is dedicated to promoting and enabling all persons with disabilities to achieve their own level of independence. It's our mission to provide the best possible referrals, training, programs and activities, impacting the lives of thousands throughout the community.

The First Annual Marathon Challenge

Participants in the event are challenged to complete at least the length of a marathon (42.2 km or 26 miles) in the month of February. The participants can run, walk, ride, roll, swim or row. Or any combination. The entry fee is a donation to ILRCC (suggested donation is $45).

Get your friends and family to sponsor you or form a team with them and everyone can add sponsors to increase the amounts collected.
